A hateful and spiteful Hispanic neighbor has filed false criminal charges against me. This has not been the first time and I'm sure it won't be the last.

AK-CHIN POLICE DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATION NARRATIVE

SYNOPSIS:

ON 11/27/10 AT APPROXIMATELY 1323 HOURS, PATRICIA A. TEJADA BONEFIELD REPORTED A DISPUTE BETWEEN HER AND HER NEIGHBOR IN THE AREA OF NORTH WHITE ROAD AND WEST VAL VISTA ROAD.

NARRATIVE:

ON 11/27/10 AT APPROXIMATELY 1325 HOURS, I WAS DISPATCHED TO 10003 NORTH WHITE ROAD IN REFERENCE TO A NEIGHBOR DISPUTE. I ARRIVED AND MADE CONTACT WITH A MALE IDENTIFIED VERBALLY AS CALVIN DUANE BONEFIELD, DOB: 1/14/56, LATER CALVIN PROVIDED hIS ACTUAL DRIVERS LICENSE.

I ASKED CALVIN WHAT WAS GOING ON? CALVIN RESPONDED BY SAYING THIS HAS BEEN AN ONGOING PROBLEM MAINLY WHEN HE IS NOT AROUND, THAT THE NEIGHBOR HARRY LESLIE HUGHES WHO LIVES ACROSS THE STREET AT 4XXXX WEST VAL VISTA ROAD ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS HAS COME OUT OF HIS HOUSE AND YELLED DISTURBING COMMENTS. CALVIN ALSO MADE REFERENCE TO MR. HUGHES BEING PART OF A NEO NAZI GROUP.

I ASKED CALVIN IF HE COULD CALL HIS WIFE OUT AS SHE WAS THE REPORTING MR. HUGHES OUTBURST TODAY. CALVIN AGREED AND A SHORT TIME LATER ARRIVED WITH HIS WIFE, IDENTIFIED VERBALLY AS PATRICIA BONEFIELD,DOB: 6/21/68

DURING THE PERIOD CALVIN WENT TO RETRIEVE HIS WIFE I MADE OBSERVATIONS OF BOTH RESIDENCES. THEY ARE BOTH SEPARATED BY WHITE ROAD AND LOCATED A GOOD DISTANCE APART AS SIMPLE CONVERSATION WOULD NOT DISTURB EITHER RESIDENTS. BOTH LOTS ARE FENCED ONE MORE SO THAN THE OTHER. CALVIN’S LOT IS COMPLETELY GATED WITH ANIMALS AS HARRY’S LOT IS GATED EXCEPT FOR THE DRIVEWAY POINTS OF ENTRY.

PATRICIA PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THIS IS AN ONGOING PROBLEM THAT MR. HUGHES THROWS ROCKS AND CUT GLASS AT THEIR ANIMALS AND INTO THE YARD . HE IS VERY THREATENING WHEN HE COMES OUT OF HIS RESIDENCE SCREAMING ABOUT' KILLING CHILDREN.

I THEN ASKED PATRICIA ABOUT TODAY. PATRICIA STATED ," HE IS INSULTING YELLING ABOUT KILLING AND MURDERING". PATRICIA SATED THIS OCCURS MORE SO WHEN HER HUSBAND IS NOT PRESENT. PATRICIA EXPRESSED HARRY DISTURBS HER AND MAKES HER FEEL THREATENED.

I ASKED PATRICIA IF SHE WOULD LIKE TO BE A VICTIM IN THIS MATTER? PATRICIA RESPONDED, “YES THIS HAS GONE ON LONG ENOUGH AND I’M TIRED OF IT. I ADVISED PATRICIA I WOULD ISSUE A SUMMONS TO MR. HUGHES IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER. SHE AGREED AND I INFORMED HER I WOULD BE CONTACTING HER IN REGARDS TO A VICTIM RIGHTS FORM.

NO CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THE NEIGHBOR MR. HUGHES WHO WAS IDENTIFIED BY THE NEIGHBORS AND THROUGH PINAL COUNTY DISPATCH AS HARRY LESLIE HUGHES, DOB: 7/19/63.

I CLEARED THE SCENE AT APPROXIMATELY 1352 HOURS.

CASE STATUS: PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION (SUMMONS).

Supplemental Narrative DR# 10-14371

Narrative:

On 3/6/11 at approximately 0940 hours, I arrived at 49xxx W. Val Vista Road in response to follow up on an incident reported on 11/27/10.

I made contact with a male I identified in previous contact as Harry L. Hughes. Mr. Hughes was provided a sheet advising him of his Miranda admonishments at approximately 0944 hours, and initialed and signed the form acknowledging he understood his rights. Mr. Hughes agreed to talk to me.

I asked Mr. Hughes to tell me about his day on 11/27/10. Mr. Hughes began by telling me he was out of town for four days having returned the previous evening on 11/26/10. He slept in late waking up at about 10:00 A.M. On 11/27/10 and left his residence at about 11:30 A.M. To go to a friends house, (name omitted) who resides in the Tortosa subdivision about 15 miles away. Mr. Hughes stated he arrived at his friends house about 12:30 A.M.

Mr. Hughes stated he left his friends residence and went into the Phoenix area to a Savers and then to Fry's Electronics. Mr. Hughes stated he provided a receipt to the court showing a time of about 2:23 P.M. From Fry's Electronics.

Mr. Hughes stated on his way home there was an accident at Riggs Road and State Route 347 at about 2:48 P.M. Mr. Hughes stated he took photographs of the accident around that time and returned home sometime after 3:00 P.M.

I then proceeded to ask Mr. Hughes if at anytime has he ever yelled anything towards his neighbors, his response was “NO”, I never talked to the lady.

Mr. Hughes provided I may yell at my dogs when I'm playing with them but nothing about killing children or anything like that. I was shocked upon finding out the allegations against me.

I departed the residence at approximately 1004 hours.

Somebody called animal control on me. They claimed my dogs were under nourished. The officer was greeted by Booger and Bailey at the gate. He said that this complaint is UNFOUNDED. Yet, another spiteful and malicious attack against me. What will they try next?
